Olivia Seastrom

Olivia joined VVUS in 2023 as Head of Talent. She partners closely with our founders and portfolio companies to help them build out their teams as well as support them in all things talent related. Starting her career at a boutique agency, Olivia moved to San Francisco in 2012 to focus on helping companies scale from the inside. Whether in a leadership or IC role, she has remained hands on, operating as a full cycle recruiter. With around 15 years of experience in recruiting, Olivia has worked with companies at all stages but particularly enjoys partnering with early-stage and smaller startups. She has worked internally as well as a consultant and enjoys working closely with founders and executive teams on a variety of talent initiatives but specifically to understand their needs, pain points, and help bring on great people.
